I pulled out a mixed media piece that I started a year ago and decided to do a cruciform painting.  This lovely lady, dancing alone and showing off her shawl emerged.  I am not sure if she is finished yet or not.  What do you think?

Learning to use oil paint

I have had a set of oil paints for six month, waiting to absorb how to paint with them from the ozone or something.  My friend, Verda, told me that I needed to mix them with some oil medium and put them down in layers.  This is my first attempt using her advice.  More to follow, I hope.
